HELP MAKE WISHES COME TRUE!

PLEASE HELP AFFECTED  CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ATTEND THE 2018 COFFIN-SIRIS SYNDROME CONFERENCE... AND SPEND A MAGICAL DAY AT DISNEYLAND!

Coffin-Siris Syndrome (CSS) is an extraordinarily rare genetic condition (less than 200 cases reported worldwide). It causes intellectual and physical delays, disabilities and other health problems.

As you can imagine, because CSS is so rare, the families affected often feel isolated, vulnerable and desperate for information.

MORE THAN JUST A CONFERENCE...

This September there will be a CSS Conference in Anaheim, California to bring families together with others going through the same journey. The Conference will be an impactful weekend filled with valuable resources, educational panels and guest speakers.

Topping this all off, we will be making wishes come true with a memorable day for these children and their families at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland!

PLEASE HELP BRING THESE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES TO THE CONVENTION.

As these families are scattered across the globe, the cost of attending is out of the reach for most who would otherwise love to participate.

This Crowdrise fundraiser will help fund the opportunity for these kids and their families to attend, to meet other CSS families... and to have a special Disney dream experience.

HOW YOU CAN HELP MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE...

The conference is September 7-9, 2018 at the Anaheim Hilton. Our goal is to raise $100,000 to help cover some or all of the cost of travel, hotel and park passes for those children and their families who would not otherwise be able to attend.

Fundraising campaign ends Feb. 28

This campaign is being hosted by Richard Kraft who lives in Sherman Oaks, California with his 4 year-old daughter Daisy who has CSS.  I am raising these funds on the behalf of the kids and their familes with CSS who would like to attend the 2018 Conference.  The funds will be used to help cover travel to and from the convention in Anaheim, hotel rooms at the Anaheim Hilton and the purchase of Disneyland passes.   Once the allocation of funds is determined,  I will send the funds  to each beneficiary so they can use them towards travel, hotel and/or Disneyland pass purchases.

Thank you for considering being a part of this joyful once-in-a-life-time experience for those with CSS and their families.  It will truly change lives.
