CSM Davis Assistance Fund

Michael Davis is a Retired Command Sergeant Major who has been diagnosed with a rare form of Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia.  He is currently in a facility in GA and is receiving no assistance to pay for his care.  Family has exhausted all financial assests and the VA will not provide care in any way.  CSM Davis served 29 years in the United States Army.  The family has been self pay during the past 3 1/2 years and due to their inability to pay the $6100.00 per month, his care will end on Febuary 25, 2017.  The current amount due is $26,000 and any monies over that will help us provide the care he needs for additional months upcoming.  Our family is currently reaching out to our Government officials and agencies petitioning them for assistance.  Thank you for helping us to provide a safe and caring enviornment for someone who unselfishly served his country.
