The Year 2019 marks the anniversary of some milestones of cryptozoology. Two hundred years ago, 1819 was the year of the discovery of the Malayan Tapir, as well as mass sightings of the Great New England Sea Serpent.

The International Cryptozoology Museum’s (ICM)/International Cryptozoology Society’s (ICS)

Fourth Annual International Cryptozoology Conference (ICC2019).

The nonprofit, 501(c)3 ICM will hold our ICC2019 at the Clarion Hotel, in beautiful coastal Portland, Maine, April 26, 2019 - April 28, 2019.

The conference will be featuring talks from leaders in the field, an unveiling of a new exhibit at the ICM, unique items and goods from specialized vendors, as well as an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the amazing field of cryptozoology.

The ICM is looking to offset costs associated with the conference, such as speaker's fees, space rental, advertising and audio / visual rentals.

The money you donate will be used to directly pay for the above costs associated with running the conference.

Originally, the ICM was going to skip a year and hold the next conference in 2020. We ask you, our supporters to help us make it a reality in 2019.

We would need to raise these funds by December 2018, to be able to secure the speakers and place deposits on the rentals and equipment.

Our master of ceremonies for the conference will be Tim Binnall.

Tim Binnall is the founder of the paranormal think tank Binnall of America, an online coterie that features both an audio program and a talented staff of writers. As host and producer of the critically acclaimed podcast BoA: Audio, he has interviewed a vast array of researchers, spanning a wide spectrum of disciplines and ranging from bonafide esoteric icons to up-and-coming future players in the paranormal milieu.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Binnall aims to maintain an outsider's perspective on the paranormal world and possesses a keen interest in the personalities and sociology of esoteric studies. He has written for Coast to Coast AM's After Dark magazine, made numerous radio appearances, and gone into the field to explore the mystifying Bridgewater Triangle in Massachusetts, the elusive Oak Island in Nova Scotia, Canada, and the haunted Whaley House in San Diego.
