LITTLE CRITTER AID NEEDED. The Watertown Police Department seized 139 Guinea Pigs and 57 rabbits which are now being housed at Watertown Humane Society. Many of the guinea pigs and a few rabbits are pregnant now so we are anticipating more arrivals soon. Please note, The Watertown Humane Society is just housing and caring for the animals at the time.
The animals are not currently available for adoptions or fostering. This is on ongoing investigation.
As of right now we could use donations of Equine Pelletized bedding, Timothy Hay, Aspen Bedding (please no Cedar or pine bedding as these are not safe for the animals) extra-large contractors black garbage bags, force flex garbage bags, gift cards to Tractor Supply, Farm and Fleet or Walmart and monetary donations.
