Critically injured Firefighter

This gofundme is organized by the brothers of SMOKE AND IRON FIREFIGHTERS motorcycle club for critically injured firefighter Mike Degering. On September 14, 2018, while travelling to the fallen firefighter memorial in Colorado Springs, CO; Abilene firefighter Mike Degering was involved in severe motorcycle accident outside Gunnison, CO. Michael was airlifted to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO and placed in ICU. Michael, husband and father of 3, will need extensive, around the clock care from St Mary’s Hospital; 850 miles away from his family.
