Create a new Sweet Bee Trailer

On 2/16/19 at around 11:30 pm, The Sweet Bee trailer was hit by a red Sedan and then they drove away! The following morning, a friendly neighbor at PB Elementary asked if The Sweet Bee was mine. The man said , "Have you seen the damage to the trailer?" and I thought he was kidding! I immediately walked down the street to see the trailer which had been pushed down the street, with a large dent in the frame. A group of neighbors came to offer their support and condolences. I've cried and sat in absolute bewilderment that this passion and labor of love has died.
The Sweet Bee trailer that you know is deemed a total loss. It's not able to be fixed. My blood sweat and tears for that trailer are history. That's the sad part of something old, it's not like there's a bunch of 1951 Crown trailers sitting at the dealership waiting to be purchased. It's also what attracted me, it's just something vintage and different, that I made new again.
The $2000 will go towards buying a replacement vintage trailer and starting a new Bee! Eventually, approximately $7000 is what will be needed by me to fully restore the trailer with work such as metal fabrication, flooring, cabinetry and a paint job. Right now, only money is needed, as the trailer will first need to be bought. The money can be given at any time, but is preferred as soon as possible so that I can get working on a new Bee.
Here's to hoping that there's a new Bee waiting to be discovered!
