Cox Family in desperate need

Gavin, Mihn, their child Harry Cox and dog Mia have been held hostage for five years in Las Vegas, Nevada due to a serious injury sustained by Gavin while attending the David Copperfield show at MGM Grand in 2013. On November 12, 2013 Gavin attended the magician show, and while participating in one of the tricks suffered the injury. Gavin, then returned to the UK to learn that his injury would not be covered by the travelers insurance because MGM stated to their insurnance that Mr. Cox did not complete a guest accident report or personal statement, although, having done so. Subsequently, Gavin and Mihn were forced to return to Las Vegas. The family has been here for five years seeking treatment for Gavin's injury and waiting for their day in court. The family was forced to sell their home, deplete their savings, borrow, and rely on the help of family and friends. Their case commenced on April 13, 2018 and ended on May 29, 2018 with the jury casting a contradictory verdict. The David Cooperfield, David Cooperfield Dissapearing Inc. and MGM Grand were found negligent, however 0% financial liability was assigned to them. The family is now having to return to the UK, while their case is under appeal. At this point, the family does not have a home or any financial resources to assist through this transition. They need assistance for airfare and relocation back to the UK. The Cox family wish to extend their gratitude to those helping them and in the event their appeal is successful, they will return the sum donated in a form of a donation to a brain and spinal injury charity.
