Big Island Community Sound Healing

Aloha Sound Community! 

I am excited to share my plan of adding more gongs to our Big Island Gong collection. I am expanding my sound practice and my vision is to add two further gongs to my sound 'tool kit'. The first is a 38" Paiste Sound Creation Earth gong and the second is a 24" Paiste Venus Planetary gong.  I invite you in on this vision with me.

With the addition of these gongs, I will have a full Cosmik Gong Symphony available for everyone in our Community to experience. As many of you know, sharing my love of sound and all the healing potentials that the gongs create space for is something I am very passionate about. All of my public events are donation-based and I do my best to make everything I host financially accessible to everyone.

I am seeking donations to assist me in bringing these powerful tools of sound to you and our Big Island Community. Gongs naturally and effortlessly shift your brain waves into a very deep, meditative state. When this occurs our bodies go into a state of balance and wellness. With this in mind you can understand why I am so passionate about spreading awareness of sound-healing, as well as sharing healing sounds with all of you.

In addition to my current schedule, I will be adding special '4-Gong Cosmik Symphony' events. These events will also include any combination of Tibetan and Crystal-singing bowls, the ocean drum, chimes, tuning forks and other sound instruments. Keep an eye out for details on Gong & Sound workshops and full sound immersion opportunities as well.

In the last year I have hosted many community 'two-gong' meditations and have enjoyed teaming up with other local practitioners to host joint community events such as 'yoga and gong',  'qigong and gong', 'massage therapy and gong', and 'ecstatic dance and gong.'  At last years 8th annual Kohala Aina Festival, I was invited to open the local musicians stage. It was an honor to share the gongs at this enriching annual gathering. 



Working with children is important to me and it is my goal to continue to work with the children in our community. Over the last 2 years I have worked with HPA multiple times, sharing sound and meditation techniques with high-schoolers as part of their mindfulness program. I understand how crucial and beneficial it is for our youth to be exposed to sound and its array of positive benefits. I partnered with Lava Roots Dance Company's summer arts program, sharing gong sessions with the kids who ended up writing the gong into their performance! I also had the pleasure of sharing my gongs at the Kohala Institute as part of the Grace Leadership Program where high-school students are taught leadership skills. I am excited to continue to expand my offerings to more schools and programs where our youth are the focus. 



I am always open to further collaborations and any other opportunities that come up to share these powerful sound tools with our Big Island Community.

I have set up rewards in which donors will benefit from free events or private sound sessions with me. My way of showing gratitude and of course, keeping the energy of abundance flowing.
