Please help to adapt home for Cooper

Our son Cooper was born in April 2013 along with his twin brother Lucas. Cooper has hydrocephalus and has a vp shunt in his brain to drain fluid and relieve pressure. He has also been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He is unable to sit unaided yet or crawl or walk. He relies on his family to move him around and spend time with him on the floor playing with him and his brother. However, I know that Cooper would love to have a little independance and be able to move around on his own. We are now in a position where Cooper is becoming heavy to carry up and downstairs and I am afraid of falling on the stairs when carrying him. We desperately need our house adapted to suit Cooper and his wheelchair.   What we desperately need is a bedroom  downstairs for Cooper and to be able to widen doorways to ensure Cooper has access with his wheelchair throughout downstairs.
