Conrad and Becca flood recovery

My fiancee Rebecca and I, Conrad, lost almost everything in the Houston flooding. As a Katrina victim, this has hit me pretty hard.
The water came up pretty fast, seeping in through the walls in the early hours of tuesday. We had little time to prepare, rushing to get what we could off the floors, and cramming as many necessities into whatever dry bags we could find and carry.
In just under an hour it went from about an inch to almost 2 feet before we even got out. We then had to wade through the murky waters (which occasionally reached our hips) to reach safety. We are extremely fortunate (and grateful!) to have family nearby ready to retrieve and shelter us.
At the time this happened, we were getting ready to move, so we had already packed much of our belongings in boxes, many of which we had on the floor in a spare bedroom.
Much of what the flood water DIDNT reach became damp due to humidity over the course of the following few days.
Our car escaped the flood, but wound up needing repairs after driving through deep water repeatedly as we collected what few things we could salvage.
Please help us in our recovery efforts.
Breakdown of campaign goals:
$250: Complete bed and frame.
$500: Workstations, chairs, table.
$750: Car repair.
$1000: Furniture, washer, dryer, everything else.
With this we can start our recovery process.
