Connie Morgan's funeral fund

On July 15th, 2017 my grandmother, Connie Morgan, and my mother, Bonni Kalchert, were struck by a vehicle while crossing the street at the intersection of Telegraph and Voorheis.
Connie suffered extensive injuries, including a broken neck, broken legs, broken ribs, a punctured lung, and severe head truama. She was taken to the hospital and placed on life support.
Connie' s condition worsened, she was paralyzed and suffered severe brain damage. Four of her organ systems were not properly working and the physicians and my mother were forced to resort to comfort measures.
Connie Morgan passed this morning, July 28th, at 62-years-old, leaving behind her daughter, Bonni, and two grandsons Joshua and Jesse (myself.)
My grandmother, Connie Morgan, was a beautiful woman who had a strong faith in god and studied the bible passionately. Connie was extremely charitable and helped anybody she could. She volunteered to help the homeless, helped her friends and neighbors in their need, and gave to whoever she could whenever she could- despite only receiving a small amount each month from her SSI.
My grandmother also took care of my mother, Bonni.
My grandmother Connie was very thoughtful and considerate, humble and loving. Connie's humble faith and charity will not be forgotten by her family, friends, or the community. I will never forget how every year and holiday she made everyone a homemade and heartfelt card and gifts.
We all loved my grandma Connie very much, but unfortunately my family has fallen on hard times and we are unable to afford the cost of the funeral.
It is my sincere hope for the community my grandmother loved so much could come together to help. We need to come up with the costs for a funeral to celebrate the beautiful life of a woman of gave everything she could to whoever she could help.
