Officer Randall is one of the most generous officers with RPD. He’s always eager to assist the citizens in Richmond. He’s received several accolades since starting his journey.
Last week Officer Randall’s grandmother passed away and she lived with him. He’s the one that found her.
Since then everything financially has fallen back on Officer Randall, and I wanted to give the community an opportunity to support him in his time of need.
