    Update from Abdullah – Hearts of Mercy Today, I want to share a story that is painful, but important. We recently found a very small, struggling kitten. She was weak, alone, and clearly suffering. I did everything I could to help her — I stayed with her, tried to comfort her, and gave her what care I could with the limited resources we have. Despite these efforts, she did not survive. This loss has been heavy on my heart. It is never easy to try so hard and still lose a life. But even in her final moments, she was not alone. She was held, cared for, and treated with dignity — something many stray cats here never experience. That matters. This experience did not stop me. It strengthened my commitment. I made a promise to myself: - I will continue to try. - I will continue to help. - Even when the outcome is uncertain, these cats deserve compassion, warmth, and dignity — whether we can save them or simply ease their suffering. There are so many stray cats here facing hunger, illness, and an unknown fate without even the basic elements of life. We cannot save them all, but we can make a difference for each one we reach.   • Aggregated impact metrics

Unlike social platforms, the focus is not conversation or algorithms designed to doomscrool or drive engagement for ad serving purposes. As part of helping you share your fundraiser more broadly, we may automatically cross-post certain updates you share that are relevant for the broader community.

Yes. If you don't want your fundraiser included, you can opt-out via the fundraiser manage page within your dashboard - simply toggle off the prompt for Allow my fundraiser to be found in search and discovery. Your fundraiser will still remain active and accessible on its own page.

Not at all. Your fundraiser stays fully yours—same goal, same donations, same updates. The Community is simply an additional way for supporters to discover and engage with your fundraiser.
