Communities Together Defibillators Fund
Donation protected
Did you know that thousands of people unexpectedly die from cardiac arrest in Ireland each year? Often the first symptom is sudden collapse where the patient is not breathing and no heartbeat. When a patient is suffering a cardiac arrest, CPR and early defibrillation is the only effective treatment for this event.
Communities’ Together are fundraising for defibrillators for our community so they can be retrieved in an emergency, With your help, we can increase survival rates in our local community by making it a heart safe environment. By making a donation to our campaign, you’re helping to protect not only us, but everyone in the local area and even yourself from cardiac arrest. Any donation will help Communities’ Together to achieve our goal of giving the following locations: Templeorum, Fiddown and Piltown village with an accessible defibrillator. These will be located in accessible areas and will all be housed outdoors in heated cabinets.
Want to join us in supporting a good cause?
We are approaching local businesses and households looking for voluntary donations .With your help we may all be in a position to save a life
