Come climb with me for MND & Michael Hurley

Hi all, so I just thought I'd share some information about MND with you all, and really in the simplest of terms, it's a book on how to explain to your child/children about MND and is why myself, family, friends and whoever else would like to take part, will attempt and hopefully conquer Carrauntoohil Mountain on the 27th of July 2019,   This climb will take a lot of training and willpower,‍♂️‍♀️ it will be a fundraiser for both the IMNDA (irish motor neurone disease association) which without them, sufferers and families would be lost in our brutal health system, i will also attach the stats of how fundraising is spent and how much government funding is given to the IMNDA    Between CUH, Beaumount, Marymount and Bantry palliative care team, their support has been a huge solace to us since diagnosis and we don't know what or where we would be without them.    Funds will also go towards Michael's ongoing care and needs, adaptations, extra homecare hours, aids, vehicle that can be adapted to suit Michael's needs. The list is vast but all funds will be spilt equally with both the society and to michaels care and family support.    I'm really hoping you'll get on board and I thank everyone so far who has joined, those who have rang to make plans and give me information it's all gratefully appreciated much love #WEGOTTHIS
