Colorado mom fights for daugthers

My name is Nury Torres. I'm a Colorado mother and wife who has lived in the U.S. since 1991. Now I am being asked to leave my family behind in the moment they most need me.
I came fleeing violence in Honduras. I contracted with an attorney in 1991 to plead asylum in my case. That person took all the money I had and disapeared. I thought they'd never filed my case and by the time I raised more money, the window in which I had to apply closed.
I met Carlos, my US citizen husband, years later, and we began the process of applying for my residency. As part of the process, I had to leave and go to Honduras, for what we believed would be at most a few months of seperation. I learned at the US consulate in Honduras they were denying us the VISA. Decades ago the attorney had filed for asylum and never notified me. The court, two decades ago, had ordered me deported and I never knew. They said I'd have to wait five years in Honduras before reapplying.
Carlos and I are raising four children here in Colorado. While I was in Honduras, we learned that my second child, Kim, has a kidney disease and urgently needs a transplant. My first daughter, Gerissel, (19) is the donor.
I filed a request to return to the US on humanitarian parole with ICE to allow me to return to the U.S. while my daughter, Kim, undergoes kidney transplant surgery. That request was originally granted, but now the parole has expired and I'm being asked to purchase a plane ticket and leave.
I am grateful the government allowed me to return to US on humanitarian parole to accompany my daughters as they prepared for surgery. I never thought they would reject renewing my parole, since the surgery has yet to take place. You can ask the government to renew my parole here:

Now I'm asking for financial support to help cover the costs of someone else taking my daughter to her continued dialysis, to help cover the family's rent while they prepare for surgery and to cover some of the legal costs as I continue to fight from Honduras to reunite with my family. I am the primary caretaker and a key financial support for my family. I believe my presence here could be lifesaving for Kim and important for my three other children as well. Now that my parole has expired though, I'm asking for your help to cover my plane flight back to Honduras, the legal costs of continuing to fight my case and to provide the girls some help in adjusting to my absence.

Mi nombre es Nury Torres. Soy una madre y esposa de Colorado que ha vivido en los EE. UU. Desde 1991. Vine huyendo de la violencia en Honduras. Contraté con un abogado en 1991 para pedir asilo en mi caso. Esa persona tomó todo el dinero que tenía y desapareció. Pensé que nunca habían presentado mi caso y para cuando obtuve más dinero, cerró la ventana en la que tenía que presentar mi solicitud.
Conocí a Carlos, mi esposo ciudadano estadounidense, años después, y comenzamos el proceso de solicitud de mi residencia.
