Our brother was a great member of our community who was a part of many people's lives. He was a Teacher and Coach at Jefferson and Irvin High School.

Arcadio "Archie" Durán Jr., beloved son, husband, father, brother, Teacher and Coach, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017. Archie is survived by his parents, Arcadio and Carmen Durán, wife, Maribel Durán, children Ariana, Maribel Lisset, and Arcadio Angel Durán, siblings Carlos, Laura, Eliza Beth, Juan, Maria, and Alex Durán.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 4th from 5pm - 9pm at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell Funeral Home, 8817 Dyer Street, with Vigil beginning at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 5th at 2pm at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Drive.
