Clay Parks memory Fund

As we morn the loss of our friend, brother, husband, son, son-in-law, Clay Parks yesterday in the heartbreaking Aurora shooting, we want to set up a fund to help with expenses. 
We also want to be able to help with his young son, Axel's college fund. 
With this being so sudden and unexpected, there will be so many ongoing expenses as Abby raises their sweet 10 month old baby! Any help would be appreciated
