Help me go to school

Donation protected
Luis is my 7 year old nephew. He is living in Mexico City with his loving family. His parents try to provide everything he needs, sometimes however - no matter how hard they try, it isn't enough to get results they aim for. Unemployment isn't helping.
While public education in Mexico is at ridiculously low level, this isn't its biggest problem. Public schools are not providing enough safety to children. In Mexico, thousands of children are missing each year. Officially, an average of 70 people are abducted by strangers each month, although private security firms say the real figure is 10 times higher. Kidnapped children are being sexually abused, beaten or even killed. Also, public schools are where extreme cases of bullying are taking place. The National Human Rights Commission says 40% of students reported being bullied in 2013, up from 30% in 2011. This year, a 12-year-old boy died from injuries sustained in a beating by classmates.
I am sure you understand why the parents of Luis are trying to provide maximum protection for their son. It comes with a price that they are unable to pay without your help.
We all know education is everything. It is opening doors and providing opportunities in life. Luis already should be in 2nd grade, but because of financial problems he will be starting one year later than planned. Private schools with good level of protection and reasonable level of education may cost a fortune. We are trying to find middle ground here. A place for this little boy to grow and learn away from dangerous streets and bullying, in a relatively safe environment. We have found a school that is providing it at reasonable price. School fees for an entire year will close in $2500. That's $200 per month. This doesn't include any school supplies, books or uniforms. Those, his parents managed to provide even though struggling with many problems.
Please help Luis start his formal education, so he can become independent, productive person that one day may contribute to society by helping those in similar need that he once was.
