Chris' Hard Road Through Cancer.

Hello my name is Christopher Betancourt! I'm 21 years old and was diagnosed with CML in 2009 at the age of 12 years old. It has been a fairly difficult battle of constantly switching and upgrading pills but I finally have a bone marrow donor to help save me! While it is very exciting news I will be staying at Stanford University Medical Hospital. While the hospital is nice it is super expensive and it's taking a toll since I can't works anymore being in the hospital and my mom is lookin after me full time as well! So we are starting to run out of funds for the medical bills and we are in extreme need of help! Whether that's sharing it on Facebook, Twitter, or just amungst your friends anything and everything truly does help.
