Chief Louis Kelly Memorial
Chief "Sweet Lou" Kelly led a life committed to helping others. On his final day in the hospital, he made certain to tie up as many loose ends as possible; he called his friends and grandchildren, he made a list of all the names of the nurses and techs that had helped him, he ordered some Christmas presents online for his family and issued one last request:
"In the event that I do not get well, MAKE SURE all donations (in lieu of flowers) are directed to the New Jersey Firemen's Home and the St. Barnabus Children's Burn Camp." This ultimately became the Chief's final "Order".
This memorial page has been set up by Chief Kelly's children. We are humbled by everyone's tremendous outpouring of support. Please share this link. Thank you all.
