Daniel Smith, "Chicago Dan," 36, of Indianapolis, died Saturday, June 11, 2016, after he was tragically shot.

He leaves behind his wonderful wife Andrea and their four kids; Jordan, Avyana, Emily and Daniel, along with dozens of family and friends in Chicago and Indianapolis.

He was a great man and a great friend to everyone. He always stepped up to help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed.
