Chevy Chase Road Rage Defendant

I am trying to raise money for my legal defense after being falsely accused during a road rage altercation with Chevy Chase. He chased us down in our vehicle. We then proceeded to pull over, Chevy then gets out approaches our vehicle screaming and cursing. He proceeds to open my car door, get in my face, and scream obscenities, and theating me saying he was going to, “punch me in my nose.” He swing at me while I was still in the vehicle, I leaned back in the seat took my foot, and kicked him out of the truck. I was charged with 2nd degree harrasment, and he walked away with no charges.
