Cheshire Barber Shop Re location Fund

Recently the building that my families business, Cheshire Barber Shop, had been in since 1951 was purchased by the Napolitano LLC Group. They asked me to move to a different location in the building which was upstairs. When I refused, due to having many elderly and handicap customers, their attorney sent me a letter telling me I had 30 days to vacate their property. I was devestated but decided I needed to focus on the solution, not the problem. I begged the new owners to let me stay saying I would take a rent increase get, 2 months ahead on rent, sign a lease......ANYTHING. Just please dont make me leave. They said NO. Obviously having plans for my very desirable spot. So on April 30, 2019 I had to close a family owned and operated business of almost 70 years. It was hear breaking. I am determined to re open. I thought I cleared the biggest hurdle, which was finding a new location close to the original spot. But I was wrong. Cheshires Planning and Zoning wants $550 for an application for a "Special Permit". And Chesprocott is requiring $200 for a Plan Review Application and $200 for a Liscense to Operate a Barber Shop. Not to mention first months rent and moving costs. I was totally caught off guard and had no idea of all these costs and fees. I have had some medical issues which have drained my savings. Unfortunately I am not going to be able to re open the business that I hoped to pass down to my son, like my Dad did for me, which would make him a 7th generation Barber, unless I can raise some money to cover the costs.
