Chelsi Parker gunshot victim Burl

Chelsi was injured in a random shooting in downtown Burlington in February 26, 2018. Medical  expenses are already mounting. Her return to work will be a long road. Anything you can give will be appreciated and will help with medical as well as living expenses.
