Cheery Children Education Centre

The Cheery Children Education Centre (CCEC), founded in 2009, is a small educational institution offering humanitarian assistance and caring for the needs of the poverty stricken children in Nairobi's Kibera slum. In one of the  largest slums in Africa; many are forgotten, orphaned, abused and abandoned due to the nature of the current living conditions and lack of resources. The Centre is a safe-haven  for these children to be nurtured and instills  hope within the community.  




The Cheery Children's Education Centre is dedicated to providing  a quality education to these children and a stable environment for future learning opportunities.  Due to  structural damages, the current building will collapse soon.   The Centre is in need of monetary donations to rebuild and construct a new building with permanent walls to keep its doors open to the public.   Donations will go towards the construction of the new building, needed materials and resources for the children served.
