Chase's Challenge

I am Chase.  I am finally 18 years old!  I must be part cat as I seem to have 9 lives!  I was born with multiple GI issues and have been termed "failure to thrive".  I have had feeding tubes, surgeries, many hospitalizations and my mom was told 4 times in my short life that I shouldn't still be here. 
Although I have disabilities, I don't let them hold me back.  Besides my medical issues, my mom and I live a very low income life.  However, I like to focus on my acheivements.
I will graduate high school this year with honors.  I have been accepted to college in the fall and have already earned one scholarship.  I am working part time and trying to live as normal a life as I can.  This brings me to by request....
I have the chance to have a very involved genetics test performed that could give me and my family some knowledge about what is medically wrong and how to work on moving forward from here with success!  It is called Whole Exome and it studies every one of my 20,000 cells to find the cause of my issues.  I have doctored my whole life between Geisinger Medical Center and Philadephia's Children's Hospital and they just don't know.  I, apparently, am one of a kind.  This is great sometimes but not when it comes to health!
This test comes with a big price tag of $20,000.  We have been able to work with insurance and the hospital and lab to cover $15,000 of the cost.  I need help with the last $5,000.
For me it is not just about what this test can do to improve my quality of life, but my future, and any family and children I may have.  I want to be sure they wouldn't face the struggles I have had to go through.  This is a shot in the dark with a hope that beams bright.  A chance I just somehow have to take.  Please help if you can, I will be greatful the rest of my life!
