Medical Fund for my Breast Cancer

I have been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer on October 5, 2015 and due to the high cost of co-payments, uncovered prescriptions, travel expenses to appointments and lost income, my surgery and treatment was put on hold and compromised.

I was hesitant to bring up concerns about the costs of care with my family because I don’t want see to them worry about me most especially my father who’s diabetic and has a heart problem. My younger sister who’s my only sibling is going through a divorce and the only one supporting her children.          

For an independent woman who has always taken care of others, it can be extremely stressful to become dependent upon others and asking for help is difficult.

I prayed and hoped for a miracle to happen, that this cancer will just disappear but it is still here living inside my left breast and it needs to be taken out immediately before it spreads to other parts of my body. I still want to live to see my nieces grow up and graduate. I have so many plans for the future and I can’t let this cancer beat me so I’m reaching out for help to proceed with my surgery and treatment. I have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for medical care but the amount is beyond my reach. Your kind support can save my life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
