I was completely heart broken to read about the family who was visiting Charleston SC from Denmark and a drunk driver killed their 11 year old daughter.
I grew up just around the corner from Cannon Park and that easily could have been myself or one of my siblings.
This is a true tragedy and I hope you will contribute in this precious girl's memory. We cannot ease the family's suffering but we can show them our sincere sorrow and care for a tragedy that happened in our City.
