Charles White's medical fund

On Monday July 31st.  Charles was feelng ill and went to the Dr. where they drew blood, perscribed blood pressure meds, then sent him home.  About a hour later the Dr. called to tell us to get him to the ER right away.  When we arrived his creatine was at a level of 25 (it should be at 1) and his kidneys were working only 2%.  His blood pressure was 188/124.   The Dr. 's were amazed he even was holding conversations beause his toxin levels were so high and should be either in a coma or dead.  He was then admitted to the hospital.  

The next morning Charles was diagnosed with END STAGE RENAL FAILURE.  He then had more blood work done and a permenant stint cath was put it for dialysis treatments.  After 3 nights and 3 days in a row of treatments and doctors,  he is finally at home resting with his family and feeling a little better every day.

Charles is now at the top of the kidney transplant list, but neds to get better and do everything possible for that to happen.  He will recieve dialysis three times a week and will be doing everything he can to get better.

His wife, Liz has taken off work to be with him through these next few weeks, therfore will be missing a couple weeks of work.  Charles will NOT be returning to work.  

We are asking for help with medical bills as they start to come in.  He will need all the support we can give him.  It will be an adjustment for all of us, trying to figure out how to pay for these things and upcoming personal bills along with medical bills.
