Charles Sharpe: Celebration of Life

     Charles A. Sharpe, age 29, was involved in a collision on northbound I-295 at about 6:37 a.m. Tuesday and his GMC Envoy was overturned in the left travel lane. 

     Charlie was able to exit the vehicle, escape the dangers of the highway, and get safely to the median.

     At that point another vehicle came upon Charlie's truck, still in the roadway, and swerved into the median to avoid it. Charlie was hit by the oncoming vehicle and passed away on the tragic scene.

     Charles is survived by immediate family consisting of his daughter Ayden, his wife Ashley, his mother and father Brenda and Wayne Sharpe, his brother Andrew and his sisters Cindy, Tina, Danielle, and Lillie. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family friends. 

    Charlie was a friend to all he encountered. He possessed a deep capacity for love and joy. He was above all else an incredible father and instilled that love and joy as a strength within his daughter. With this gift, that he also gave to all of those who loved him, he will be celebrated for the life he lived.

     At this time his family is working through the emotional hardships of their loss and this fund is being created to ease the financial hardship this loss will inevitably create. All donations are received with the utmost love and gratitude. They will be used towards the costs of laying Charles to rest and anything remaining will be given to his wife Ashley and their daughter Ayden as a gift of love to help with the loss.

     The entire family thanks everyone in advance for all of the donations given of compassion and love. As you may imagine, as young as Charlie was, they had in no way prepared financially for this tragedy and any and all donations are a welcomed grace. Thank you.

     In conclusion, Charlie, you are immensely loved and will be deeply missed.
