Help Us Empower the Next Generation of Women in STEM
The HerRise STEM Squad Career and College Exploration Program, a transformative initiative designed to inspire and equip young women of color to pursue careers in STEM. This summer we will bring together high school girls from communities in Nassau County including underserved communities for hands-on learning, career exploration, and mentorship in non-traditional STEM pathways.
We are proud to have Molloy University as our campus sponsor, where the girls will experience firsthand college life, explore STEM career options, and engage in a curriculum designed to build their confidence and skills in technology and business.
What makes this program truly special is that each participant receives a grant upon completing the program. Our goal is to ensure that young women who may otherwise need a summer job do not have to miss the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore STEM pathways during the summer months.
Our goal is to raise $25,000 to ensure this impactful program is accessible to all who are accepted. For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to supporting young girls in STEM, providing education, leadership, and career exploration opportunities that have led many to pursue degrees and careers in science and technology.
Thank you for your support and commitment to empowering the next generation of women in STEM.
