About Youthful Impact

Youthful Impact prepares youth ages 14–24 to succeed in an AI-driven economy by building technical, entrepreneurial, and workforce skills through flexible, scalable programs. Since 2022, we have served over 500 participants—primarily high school students—through initiatives like entrepreneurship training, Google Career Certificate partnerships, and hands-on workforce experiences. Our goal is to bridge the gaps between high school, work, and college by providing short-term, paying pathways that build in-demand skills and support career exploration as young people discover their direction. We partner with schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations to deliver turnkey workforce readiness programs, expanding access for youth who seek a fast track, are struggling, or face barriers.
