The Youth Employment Partnership (YEP) empowers Oakland youth and young adults to create clear, actionable pathways out of poverty and to a healthy adulthood. Through a holistic approach integrating effective education, paid work experience, soft skills workshops, vocational training, age-appropriate housing, and mental health support, we address the major barriers to self-sufficiency. Our skilled and dedicated staff offer mentorship and violence prevention life coaching, equipping young people with the tools and support they need to build stable and successful futures.
