Your Choice-Live, Inc.

Your Choice to Live, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides alcohol and drug prevention, education, intervention and support. Since the inception in 2009, Your Choice has provided support to over 700 families and spoken to over 175,000 youth in 250 middle and high schools across Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.

Your donations will go directly to Your Choice to Live to support;  
·     Implement free Lunch and Learn educational sessions to local businesses
·     Offer free in-service trainings on signs and symptoms of substance use/abuse to schools, organizations and other clubs
·     Purchase Narcan to provide to families in need
·     Continue to assist families by providing information, resources and support

I'm using my summer before I start my Junior year in high school to thru-hike one of the most iconic trails in the United States and the world.  As a young man, I'm choosing to immerse myself in life and choosing not to do drugs by thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail.  The hike consists of 2200 miles that covers 14 states from Georgia to Maine.  I will be hiking 25 miles a day for 90 days.  Choosing to spend this time hiking with my father will bring us closer and strengthen the bond we share. 

Due to the impact that opioids are having on my community, I'm using this undertaking to draw attention to this epidemic and how Your Choice to Live is combating it on the front lines by educating both parents and my peers.  I hope you choose to show your support of my efforts by donating to this cause.
