Young at Heart Foundation is a Los Angeles based charity (501C3) that promotes organ donor awareness and provides Hope Kits to pediatric transplant families throughout the US. Founder, Mike Young received a transplant at age 14 and understands the rigors of hospital life and being ill. Each Hope Kit is personally curated and designed to provide a sense of normality to each child. Hope kits are a small ray of hope in such a daunting journey. In hopes of creating a supportive transplant community.
