WACE's Afterschool Program needs transportation
The World Association for Community Empowerment (WACE) is a registered nonprofit 501-C-3 tax-exempt organization founded in 2000 with a mission to empower low-income communities and families to become self-sufficient through the provision of a comprehensive array of services.
Our Afterschool Program provides homework assistance and educational enrichment to over 30 children from our community.
Many of our children have trouble getting to our program from their homes, so we are seeking funding to purchase a van to provide transportation for the children. This van will also be used to transport children on trips so they can experience all that New York has to offer.
Your generous donation will help us provide enrichment activities for our children.
