Windy Ridge Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving the Sumter County, South Carolina area saving companion pets (cats and dogs)from undesirable circumstances providing medical care and assisting with finding forever homes for friendly pets and Trap, Neuter, Return for community cats. We have no paid staff and our volunteers are primarily associated with the military as retirees or active members and their families.
