The WIND Runners, a middle school cross country club in Fort Myers, FL, are running into history! Our team is currently ranked #1 in Florida and has earned an invitation to compete at the Middle School National Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 16th, 2025.

For our 15 hardworking student-athletes, this is the opportunity of a lifetime. They’ve trained through the heat, humidity, and long miles to become one of the top teams in the nation — but we need your help to get there.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means your donation goes directly to supporting our athletes and may be tax-deductible.

The total cost of flights and hotels is approximately $15,000 about $1,000 per athlete for flight and hotel. Every dollar raised helps ensure no athlete is left behind due to financial hardship.

Your support will:

‍♂️ Cover travel expenses for 15 student-athletes

‍♀️ Provide safe lodging in Louisville

Allow these young athletes to proudly represent Fort Myers on the national stage
