OUR GOAL
West San Gabriel Valley Boys and Girls Club is partnering with The Greater Monterey Park Chamber of Commerce to thank our healthcare workers while supporting our local food establishments at the same time during these challenging times.
HOW IT WORKS
We made special arrangements with local restaurants to provide packaged meals at special prices for healthcare workers who might be too busy to go out to eat because they are taking care of their patients. The meals is a small token of appreciation for their work.
At the same time, our local restaurants benefits by serving meals to a clientele they otherwise might not have. Many food establishments are family run and operated on a very tight budget. With the lockdown situation, many are struggling to stay open. Every dollar counts. Every meal counts as it helps to keep staff on payroll.
WHAT WE ASK
WSGVBG Club and the Chamber is asking for your support by donating to the MEAL TO HEAL fund so we can buy as many meals as possible. Every dollar donated will go towards the purchase of a meal. Delivery of meals will be done by volunteers.
