At Walters Way – Regaining Your Life Foundation, we believe no family should ever go hungry. Every week, our food bank opens its doors to children, seniors, and families in Tulsa who are struggling to make ends meet. For many, this is the only place they can turn to put food on the table.
The Need
Right here in Tulsa, thousands of families are facing food insecurity. Rising grocery prices, fixed incomes, and unexpected hardships leave too many of our neighbors with empty cupboards. Parents often have to choose between paying rent or buying food. Seniors go without balanced meals. Children head to bed hungry.
From August 2024 to March 2025, Walters Way served:
3,580 households
7,549 individuals
Over 217,000 pounds of food distributed
And the need is growing every day.
How You Can Help
Your support makes it possible for us to keep our pantry shelves stocked, expand outreach to seniors, and provide essentials to families in crisis. Every dollar donated goes directly to food and resources for our community.
$25 helps provide groceries for a family of four.
$50 supports senior boxes with nutritious meals.
$100 helps us restock pantry staples like rice, beans, and canned goods.
$500 allows us to purchase bulk food to serve hundreds of families.
