At the Waldorf School of San Diego, we strive to awaken each student's capacity for love of learning, for independent thinking and for heartfelt service to the world. The Waldorf School of San Diego implements a proven curriculum based on Rudolf Steiner's educational philosophy that has been adopted by schools worldwide. Our school offers a pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade education to more than 300 students. We are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA). Every day, over 65 highly qualified faculty and staff prepare students to become creative and independent thinkers able to impart purpose and direction to their lives to meet the world and their fellow human beings with wisdom, courage, and compassion.
