Victory Through Praise Ministries

This fundraiser is to acquire money to purchase the building that we are currently renting and utilizing for the Victory Through Praise Christian Church, which is a Federal 501c3 tax exempt Christian Church.

On 08/08/2008, Pastors Carol and Arlet Hamilton embarked on a new beginning by starting a Bible Study in their home with the intention of teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in an effort to win souls for Jesus Christ and serve the community and the body of Christ.

Two years later, our ministry, called Victory Through Praise, began renting a small store front building. Since then, we have moved to two other locations, and every time it was by the leading of the Holy Spirit of God. 

In 2019, our church was able to  transition to a beautiful building and the church began to grow. New chairs and equipment were purchased. The church became so effective that Pastor Hamilton was able to ordain another pastor who now has a church in New Jersey. We were able to purchase new chairs for this ministry as well as another in Queens. Thanks be to Jesus Christ! Both churches are thriving and doing extremely well. The Lord has also blessed us to be able to make financial contributions to various ministries. 

With much prayer and faith and believing that we are being led by the Holy Spirit, Victory Through Praise Church is making a BOLD move of faith by starting this GoFundMe page to purchase the building we are renting. The current owner wants to sell the building and we would like to buy it to expand the church to better serve our community. It has space for a sanctuary with a baptismal pool, a food pantry, a counseling center, and after school program.
