The mission of the Verona Wisconsin Lions club Foundation, Inc. is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation. The Verona Wisconsin Lions Club Foundation, Inc. shall be a non-profit organization, organized for charitable, benevolent and educational purposes and not for pecuniary profit, operating under the control and direction of its Board of Directors as incorporated.
