Help Valley River Humane Society Stay Open
Hi, my name is Dakota Hogeback. I’m reaching out because Valley River Humane Society, a safe haven for abandoned and unwanted animals in Cherokee County, is at risk of closing. This shelter has been a lifeline for countless dogs and cats who had nowhere else to go. Without renewed funding, innocent animals may face euthanasia simply because there’s no space. The shelter staff are refusing to give up on them but they can’t do it without community support.
Here’s how your donation can make a real impact: $10 feeds one animal for a week. $25 provides vaccines for a puppy or kitten. $50 covers the cost of a spay/neuter surgery. $100 provides emergency medical care for a sick or injured animal. No amount is too small, every dollar adds up to lives saved. The need is urgent. If Valley River Humane Society can’t secure enough support, vulnerable animals will lose their last refuge and their life. I’m asking you to please donate what you can. Share this fundraiser so more people can help, stand up for the animals who can’t speak for themselves. We can help keep Valley River Humane Society open and keep hope alive for the animals who need us.
