7th Annual 2026 Miles for MSA Hosted by The 4U Foundation
Hi everyone! My name is Austin Urban, and I’m raising money for The 4U Foundation via our flagship event, the 7th annual Miles for MSA! Miles for MSA is a 100-mile running, or 300-mile biking challenge in a 30-day time frame where participants raise money and share updates along the way. People over 60 may also walk the 100 miles to participate.

Final Mile Event: 5/30/2026 at 1PM on Copake Lake - Donors welcome to enjoy a few hours of food, drinks, live music, and a 1 mile walk/run. Please park at Copake Country Club.
The 4U Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) through annual events like the Miles for MSA Run & Bike Challenge. Its mission focuses on three core areas: supporting families affected by MSA with direct financial assistance for care and equipment, investing in research to advance understanding and treatment of the disease, and funding initiatives that improve quality of life. The foundation also offers a scholarship program for undergraduate business students at Marist College who are Division I athletes, encouraging academic, athletic, and philanthropic excellence while building awareness and community impact.
