United Way of Greater Nashville

Nashville has been hurting. People are persevering through the impact that a tornado, wind storms and COVID-19 have brought to our town. Our neighbors have shown strength in facing these challenges, now I want to challenge my own strength as a way to raise $1000 and help them continue their healing. 

On June 12th I will begin a 4x4x48 Challenge. Every 4 hours, for 48 hours, I will run 4 miles. At the end of two days, I will have ran 48 miles in total. This challenge was inspired by David Goggins, a Navy Seal, Ultra Athlete and Coach (https://youtu.be/dos6xiMVPyE). I know how "bada$$" the people of Nashville are in hard times. This is my way of showing up for them!

All donations will be automatically delivered to the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville's COVID Response Fund which is used to care for people impacted by the crises residents have faced.
