I'm running the Madrid Half Marathon to raise money in aid of Unique - Rare Chromosome Disorder Support Group and every donation will help. I'm running with my cousin Sophie in mind - she gratefully receives support from Unique, and they help her to live life the fullest I've ever seen anyone live!

I am aiming to raise money to benefit Unique - Rare Chromosome Disorder Support Group, and any donation will help make an impact.

This charity is close to my heart and provides great  assistance to those who need it and with that in mind, I will be undertaking an Ironman 70.3 race a few days after my 40th birthday in les sables dólonne, France! This means a swim of 1.9kms followed immediately by a bike of 90kms and then a run, half marathon of 21.1kms. This is no easy task. I will be training multiple times per day around my work and home commitments in order to be ready for this in September 2020.
