Help Students Who Learn Differently
I have ADHD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. In high school, a timed in-class essay meant I knew exactly what I wanted to say but could not get it onto the page before time ran out. A task that looked simple to everyone else took me twice the effort.

One in five people in the U.S. learn and think differently. Understood is a nonprofit that gives students, parents, and teachers expert-vetted support for ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences.

I am raising this money for a class project at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Donations go to Understood through PayPal Giving Fund. Any amount helps, and sharing this page helps too.
