Trusting Him

Overnight on Wednesday, July 29, Growing Together Behavioral Center (www.gtbjax.org) was burglarized. Several windows were broken and in addition to ransacking the center, many items were stolen including all of the students’ electronics, which are critical learning tools in the days of the students who thrive at GTBC. 

We want to help raise money as quickly as possible to replace the electronics and other student tools that were stolen so the students can get back to their critical routines ASAP. 

Growing Together Behavioral Center’s mission is “to enhance the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities, by providing the structure, support and love needed to help them learn and grow in an ethical, safe and nurturing environment.  We strive every day, in  partnership with our families, to help each child become the greatest version of themselves!” 

As parents, guardians, and friends of GTBC, we couldn’t agree more. This school has been life-changing for its students and their families. The vision of Melissa Burke-Kramer, the school’s founder, is evident every day in the continued growth and success of the students.
